This online learning course prepares coders working in the physician practice, non-hospital treatment center, or hospital outpatient setting to assign procedure codes for intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT). The course discusses procedure techniques, coding guidelines, documentation requirements, modifier use, and bundling issues. It includes exercises and real-life case studies for hands-on learning. At the completion of the course, a scored assessment tests the learner’s comprehension of the material. This course will take most users about 4 hours to complete.  Topics include but are not limited to:
